Tips for a successful rental process.
POLICIES
Equipment reservations are based on availability. We will do our best to fill your reservation but there may be high volume times when desired equipment is not available.
Renters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent who will sign the release agreement. eBikes for 18 and over only.
HELMET RENTAL RATES
We rent helmets for adults and children included with your rental! Additional helmets can be rented at $20/day for XC/trail, $50/day full face DH.
DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS
A deposit will be required for each bike rental depending on bike rental package. Premium and eBike rentals require additional coverage. Please contact store for more details.
RENTAL PROTECTION
Equipment Protection protects the renter from any liability connected to damage to the equipment under normal usage. However, if the equipments is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal usage you will be responsible to reimburse at the equipments full value.
BEAT THE CROWDS
Equipment may be picked up the evening prior to your rental period begins at no additional charge. Half day and hourly rates available. Please contact us to schedule an outfitting.
